Group Client Agreement

As a part of a group booking with Topside Travels, your options for accommodation, activities, and in some cases, transportation, will be pre-selected choices of the group leader. When booking with the group, you consent to these parameters in order to participate with the group travel arrangement(s) and receive any discounts or other perks that you may earn as a member of the group. 

 

When booking a reservation within the group, you acknowledge that you are hiring Topside Travels to arrange your travel, and that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which are located at: https://www.topsidetravels.com/terms-and-conditions.

Changes and Fees:

​These fees are separate from any fees or charges subjected by suppliers. 

• A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for canceled bookings before cancellation can be processed.

• Changes to a booking are subject to a $35 change fee.

 

By booking a reservation within the group, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Professional Services Fees as listed above. 
 

Travel Insurance Acknowledgement

Topside Travels highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their vacation. Travel protection insurance premiums are non-refundable.

Topside Travels does not employ registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Topside Travels does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.

Should you choose not to purchase such a policy, you accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage, and may be asked to provide a waiver before your booking is processed. 

 

Acceptance

By accepting this agreement and booking a reservation within a group, you acknowledge that you are hiring us to arrange your travel, and that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which are located at:  https://www.topsidetravels.com/terms-and-conditions as well as any and all primary supplier policies.
